During the day, the seasonally changing chocolate-collection can be purchased in the restaurant.

Sculptor Kristiane Kegelmann is the owner and hostess of the restaurant - and has continued with this place what she started with her unique chocolates: combining sophisticated craftsmanship, grandiose indulgence and fine art.
Head chef Alina Jakobsmeier cooks her emotions at pars. She actually comes from a patisserie background and infuses the finesse and precision of this craft into her wonderfully delicate and soulful dishes. The best ingredients from small producers are used as a matter of course.
This love of pure ingredients is presented through dishes reduced to their essence with a complex depth and complexity.
Julia Giese is the sommelière at pars. Her special selection of wines and her keen sense for exceptional and harmonious beverage pairings set her apart.
