Our desire to experiment with traditional craftsmanship and modern sustainability practices leads us to unusual ingredients and amazing sensory experiences.
We deeply value our connection to people and the food they produce. That’s why we choose to work only with naturally grown ingredients from small, passionate producers—most of them from the Berlin region.
Julia Giese is our sommelier serving wines with emotions. She is famous for her individual selection of wines and her keen sense for exceptional and harmonious beverage pairings.
